of the Wyoming Mining Association’s Regulatory Affairs Committee, Scott spearheaded the formation of several joint WMA/WDEQ subcommittees to address several long standing reclamation concerns: highwall retention, PMT flexibility, bond release guidelines, and a complete overhaul of the re-vegetation success rules.
